1. Acceptance
By using AdStack, you agree to these Terms of Use, Privacy Notice, and Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Overview
AdStack lets users submit public web addresses and place temporary cards on a shared canvas. Cards may include page titles, descriptions, thumbnails, icons, recommendation notes, and links to third-party websites.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the links and recommendation notes you submit. You must have the right to share the content you post, and you must not use AdStack to mislead, harm, harass, defraud, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not post or promote illegal content, malware, phishing, scams, unwanted downloads, spam, adult exploitation, hate or harassment, invasive personal information, intellectual property violations, or any content that creates safety, security, or legal risk. We may restrict links that conceal their destination or appear unsafe.
5. Third-Party Websites
Cards can link to websites operated by other parties. We do not own, control, verify, endorse, or guarantee third-party websites, their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, or services. You open external links at your own discretion and risk.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, refuse, hide, limit, block, remove, or permanently delete any card, link, note, account identifier, domain, or related activity at any time, with or without notice, when we believe it may violate these rules, create risk, disrupt the service, or harm users. We are not required to explain moderation decisions.
7. Safety Measures
We may use manual review, automated checks, user reports, security tools, and other protective measures to reduce abuse. These measures are not perfect. A link being visible on AdStack does not mean it is safe, approved, or recommended by us.
8. Points and In-App Credits
Points and placement credits are limited in-app features used only to participate in AdStack. They have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable, are not redeemable, and may be changed, limited, reset, or removed at any time.
9. Temporary Cards and Deletion
Cards are temporary. They may expire, disappear from the canvas, and be deleted from our systems according to service rules or operational needs. We do not guarantee that any card, link, note, image, metadata, or activity history will remain available.
10. Privacy Notice
We use cookies and similar local identifiers to operate the service, remember an anonymous browser session, count placements, apply points, reduce duplicate activity, and prevent abuse. If you clear cookies or switch browsers or devices, the service may treat you as a different user.
11. Information We May Process
We may process submitted URLs, recommendation notes, card metadata, placement activity, click activity, reports, approximate technical signals, device or browser identifiers, timestamps, and security or abuse-prevention records. We use this information to provide the service, enforce rules, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve reliability.
12. Public Content
Cards, links, titles, icons, thumbnails, domains, and recommendation notes may be publicly visible. Do not submit private, confidential, or sensitive information.
13. No Professional Advice
Content on AdStack is user-submitted or automatically derived from third-party pages. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, safety, or security advice.
14. Disclaimers
AdStack is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, safety, and uninterrupted operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, damages, claims, or disputes arising from your use of AdStack, user submissions, third-party websites, missing or incorrect metadata, moderation decisions, service interruptions, or deleted content.
16. Changes
We may change the service and these terms at any time. Continued use of AdStack after changes means you accept the updated terms.
